Hi, I’m Sloane! My friends call me “Sessie”!
This is my third year fundraising for NFAR!

I am a thoughtful, curious six year old who experiences the world a little differently. I’m autistic, and I use an AAC device to help me communicate.

Every day, I work hard in school and in therapy. I am learning how to share my thoughts, my needs, my feelings, and how to use my voice. It takes patience, practice, and a lot of support from the people who love me.

When you support the Race for Autism, you are helping kids like me access tools, education, and services that help us grow and connect. You are helping create spaces where differences are met with understanding — and where every child is given time and respect.
